Homemade Tortillas
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, oil, and salt. Stir until a rough dough forms.

  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface.

  3. Knead for 2-3 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky.

  4. Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle.

  5. Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat.

  6. Cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown spots form.
