High Protein Chicken Taquitos
  1. Shred 16 ounces of rotisserie chicken

  2. Add shredded chicken to a bowl with green chilies, Greek yogurt, cheese, and taco seasoning

  3. Mix until well combined

  4. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and then aluminum foil

  5. Place wrapped tortillas in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes

  6. Once tortillas are warm, add the chicken mixture to each tortilla

  7. Roll tortillas into taquitos

  8. Spray air fryer basket with light cooking spray

  9. Place taquitos in air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes

  10. Once golden brown, drizzle with ranch dressing, hot sauce, and green onions

  11. Serve and enjoy
