Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Rigatoni
  1. Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente, reserving a splash of pasta water. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, then whisk in cream cheese. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, then toss pasta in sauce.

  3. Pat steak cubes dry. Season with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak in batches until browned on both sides.

  4. Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Return steak to pan, tossing to coat in garlic butter.

  5. Plate rigatoni, arrange steak bites on top, spoon garlic butter over, and garnish with parsley.
