Rice Porridge (congee)
  1. Wash the rice

  2. Instant Pot- Add 1 cup rice, salt, grated ginger and 7 cup water in the instant pot. Select the rice porridge setting, and click on start.

  3. Pressure Cooker - If you are using a pressure cooker then wait for at least 4 whistles.

  4. Pot - You can boil it directly on the stovetop until you get desired consistency. The porridge is ready to serve.

  5. Serving instructions

  6. Take 2 cups of porridge in a bowl

  7. Add 1 Tbsp Seasme oil (as per your taste)

  8. Add 1 Tbsp Soya sauce

  9. Add chopped spring onions around 1 Tbsp

  10. Sprincle some black sesame
