Chilli Garlic Udon Noodles
  1. Boil udon noodles.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and sautè garlic and scallions. Add gochugaru/red chilli flakes and mix till a red colour.

  3. Add soy sauce and sugar and make the sauce thick. Add red chilli oil, honey and mix

  4. Combine the boiled udon noodles and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds
