Measure out 4 cups of whole entire milk or substitute with water.
Add ½ cup of white sugar.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Keep this on medium until the sugar has completely dissolved into the milk.
Make a little paste with 6 oz of warm water and 6 tablespoons of Masa. Take your time to ensure no clumps.
Add the Masa paste to your milk and sugar mixture.
Keep mixing it so that it doesn't burn at the bottom.
Continue cooking for 6 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached.
If you like it sweeter, add more sugar.
Add a little bit of cinnamon for flavor.
