5 Minute Rice Hack
  1. In a bowl mix day old rice with eggs and salt. Mix very well until combined.

  2. Heat neutral oil and sesame oil in a large pan or wok. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add the egg and rice mixture and stir constantly on high heat for about 2 mins.

  4. Pour the soy sauce around the rim of the pan and keep stirring until combined and the rice turns a light golden brown. Add scallions.

  5. Remove off heat and garnish with more scallions. Serve and Devour!
