Mix all ingredients together
Knead the dough for at least 5 minutes until a smooth, pliable dough is formed
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a damp towel
Let rise for 1 ½ hours until doubled in size
Preheat oven and upside down baking sheet to 500°F
Place dough on a lightly floured surface and gently press down to remove air bubbles
Divide dough into 8 sections
Gently shape each section into a small disc and cover with a damp towel
Let rest for 15-20 minutes
Roll each disc flat to about ⅛ inch thick
Place two flattened discs on the upside down baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes
Remove with tongs and place on a clean kitchen towel to cool
Allow oven to warm back up between batches
Continue with remaining dough
Store at room temperature in a container or large Ziploc bag for a few days
