Pat the pork belly dry. Toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and other seasonings.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Place pork in a single layer. Cook for 15–20 mins, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.
Add crispy pork to a bowl, pour sauce over, and mix well.
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if you like.
