Air-fried Sriracha Honey Pork Belly Bites
  1. Pat the pork belly dry. Toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and other seasonings.

  2. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

  3. Place pork in a single layer. Cook for 15–20 mins, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.

  4. Mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.

  5. Add crispy pork to a bowl, pour sauce over, and mix well.

  6. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if you like.

  7. Enjoy immediately!
