Mongolian Beef

Ingredients:

    Instructions:

  1. Heat a large pan.

  2. Add meat, break it down and cook. (If using tip roast; slice and coat in cornstarch then sear)

  3. Add onions and garlic. Cook until translucent. In a separate pan; cook pepper until very soft.

  4. Add ginger and seasoning.

  5. Add flour and cook.

  6. Add brown sugar and stir in well.

  7. Add soy sauce, water, frozen corn, and peppers.

  8. Cook until thickened and corn is cooked through.

  9. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.

  10. Serve over rice.

NOTE:

You can steam broccoli and serve with meat instead of using bell peppers and/or corn.
