Hazelnut energy balls - Corfu
  1. Chop the hazelnuts in a food processor.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and chop till the mixture is starting to stick together.

  3. Use a table spoon or cookie-scoop and roll balls. Wet your hands a little if it gets to sticky.

  4. Eat right away or keep it in airtight container for 5-7days
