Slice chicken breast to make two thin halves
Season chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, dried parsley, & Italian seasoning on both sides
In deep pot, add olive oil and sear chicken for 3 minutes per side on medium high heat
Remove chicken and set aside
Add butter and onion to pot.
Add garlic when onion is translucent.
Add celery and cook down for a few minutes (if frozen celery)
Add carrots, salt, pepper, and flour. Cook down for 2-3 minutes
Slowly add in chicken broth. Bring to simmer.
Add chicken back in.
Add rice and heavy cream. Bring to simmer
Add bouillon. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Remove chicken breast and shred. Add back in.
Stir and serve.
