  1. In a mixing bowl add chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, turmeric, red chili powder

  2. Add mayonnaise, garlic, oil and lemon juice to the chicken and mix until well combined

  3. Cover and let marinate for at least 1 hour

  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, lemon juice, and ketchup in a bowl

  5. Whisk the sauce until smooth and creamy

  6. Make the sumac onions by mixing onions, parsley, sumac, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl

  7. In a pan, heat clarified butter over medium heat

  8. Once melted, add the chicken and cook in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan

  9. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked through

  10. Warm the tortilla and add sauce, sumac onions, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, pickled cucumbers, and French fries

  11. Close the wrap and serve
