In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and coconut oil until well mixed.
In a jar, layer the blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and pour in the fresh clementine juice.
Top the fruit mixture with the oat mixture. Repeat this layering process for additional jars.
