Lemon Italian Cream Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Spray a [Tube Pan|

    ] or bundt pan with nonstick spray, set aside

  3. In a large bowl whisk together sugar and eggs until light

  4. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt until just combined

  5. Alternating with the cream slowly fold in cream and flour mixture into egg mixture, until just combined with a spatula

  6. Fold in lemon zest, [Vanilla Bean Paste|

    ] and melted butter until just combined

  7. Pour batter into prepared pan

  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of cake

  9. Remove an let cool for 15-20 minutes in pan and then remove from pan to a cooling rack

  10. While cake is cooling make glaze

  11. In a small saucepan whisk together lemon juice, butter, sugar and [Vanilla Bean Paste|

    ](or extract) until sugar is dissolved

  12. Once you have removed cake from pan drizzle glaze over the top

  13. Let cool completely and then serve
