Gently heat the milk and pour it whilst warm over the chopped chocolate (ideally in a medium heatproof bowl).
Gently stir until the chocolate melts and you have a silkily-smooth ganache
Whisk in the yogurt until smoothly combined. Optional: stir in honey for additional sweetness.
Pour the mousse mix into two small serving cups. Refrigerate until it sets into a firm texture. Serve as is, or with a sprinkling of sea salt and chocolate shavings on top.
