Healthy Protein Cheesecake Jars
  1. Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, protein powder, syrup and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Crush the graham crackers to fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into jar bottoms.

  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar.

  4. Refrigerate for 1‑2 hours, then top with fruit or jam and serve chilled.
