Chocolate Chip Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)

  2. Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners or grease the pan

  3. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

  4. In another bowl whisk together eggs, milk, oil or melted butter, and vanilla extract

  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients

  6. Mix gently until just combined

  7. Fold in the chocolate chips

  8. Fill each muffin cup ¾ full

  9. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top

  10. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
