Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and eggs until smooth.
Add the peanut butter, butter and vanilla, and continue stirring.
Next add the baking soda, cocoa powder and salt. The batter will get thicker.
Stir in the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. This helps so the cookies don't spread too much.
Scoop 3 tbsp of the batter into cookies on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, depending on how soft you like your cookies.
Remove from oven and let sit to cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
