Heat a skillet with a little oil. Cook ground beef until browned.
Add ground chicken (or diced chicken), season lightly with salt/pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in garlic + ginger if using.
Add shredded cabbage + carrots. Cook 5–7 minutes until softened.
Stir in soy sauce, taste, and adjust seasoning.
Serve over rice if you want a bigger portion.
