Sausage Muffins With Bisquick
  1. Brown the ground sausage in a skillet on the stove top and drain any excess fat

  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  3. In a large bowl combine the eggs, cheddar cheese and Bisquick Mix, whisk until combined well

  4. Stir in the precooked sausage

  5. Grease 12 cups in a muffin pan

  6. Fill the cups about ¾ of the way to the top

  7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes

  8. Enjoy!
