In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, & salt. mix and set aside.
In a new bowl mix 1 stick butter softened with 1 cup brown sugar.
Add 1 egg and mix.
Add ⅓c maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp maple extract.
Add dry ingredients.
Add 1 cup chopped pecans.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Scoop onto lined pan and bake 350 for 12-13 minutes.
Mix Icing Ingredients together and drizzle over cookies!
