  1. Brown meat in oil and butter.

  2. Add onions and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle all with blue cornmeal, stir, then add green chile, garlic powder, salt and pepper, stock, potatoes and tomato.

  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered until potatoes are cooked and flavors have blended.
