Whisk together the flour and milk in a mixing bowl until smooth and lump free. (Do not overmix!) Spread the batter into a 8x4-inch loaf pan that's been lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top and it bounces back with touched. You can also insert a toothpick and it should come out clean. Let bread cool before removing it from the pan.
