Cut all the onions into long slices.
Melt some butter in a skillet, add the onions and sprinkle some salt.
Sauté the onions until caramelised
Combine thinly chopped chives and grated garlic with cream cheese, skyr, mayonnaise and a bit of salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add the onions and garnish with cilantro.
It is best served with crisps.
