Mochi Pancakes
  1. Combine the glutinous rice flour, sugar, hot water and oil in a bowl, then mix until it forms a smooth dough

  2. Crush the toasted peanuts and mix them with brown sugar and cinnamon powder to make the filling

  3. Flatten a portion of the dough, add the filling in the center, then gently seal and shape it back into a ball then flatten

  4. Heat a little oil in a pan and pan fry the pancakes until they're golden brown on both sides

  5. Serve while they're still hot and enjoy
