Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
  1. Place all ingredients except for the toppings in a jar and shake very very well, so that the chia seeds get properly mixed in.

  2. Place in the fridge and let sit overnight.

  3. The next morning pour it out of your jar and into a bowl.

  4. Top with fresh strawberries, raspberries, shredded coconut & a scoop of coconut yogurt and enjoy!
