optional for topping:
melted dark chocolate,
flaky salt,
Mix together the cashews, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup in a bowl until well-combined.
Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a muffin pan (greased with coconut oil to prevent sticking). Be sure to pack each mixture down tight.
Bake in the oven at 350F for about 25-30 minutes.
Let cool completely (otherwise they will fall apart).
5. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
Sprinkle with flaky salt or bee pollen and enjoy!
