Mcgriddle Bites
  1. Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, then drain the grease and set it aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the pancake batter by combining water and pancake mix. Stir in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and maple syrup until well combined.

  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill each cup nearly to the top with batter.

  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Let cool slightly before serving. Optionally, serve with extra maple syrup for dipping.
