Garlic Butter Steak Fried Rice
  1. In a bowl, combine diced steak, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear the steak pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Push the garlic to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until just set, then mix them with the garlic.

  5. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Add the chilled rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  7. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  8. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss with the fried rice until evenly combined.

  9. Transfer the garlic butter steak fried rice to a serving dish. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
