Chilli Oil Noodles
  1. Finely chop the spring onion and add it to a large bowl along with minced garlic and ginger and korean chilli flakes

  2. Heat the neutral oil so that it is boiling hot and then immediately pour it over the ginger, garlic and spring onion

  3. Stir and then add in the soya sauce, sesame oil, sugar and rice wine vinegar along with your cooked noodles

  4. Stir well and serve with chives and sesame seeds
