In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Stir in oats, baking soda, and salt until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon dough per cookie onto the baking sheet and gently flatten.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
