Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, both sugar, vanilla, and egg until just combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients slowly, folding the mixture together until just combined.
Fold in the M & M's, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and sprinkles.
Using a medium cookie dough scoop, scoop the dough and place onto the prepared baking sheets about 2-3 inches apart.
Bake in preheated oven for about 11-12 minutes, or until just starting to get golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from trays and enjoying!
