In a pan on low to medium heat, gently toast the milk powder, stirring continuously until it turns a warm golden brown and releases a nutty aroma. Set aside to cool slightly.
Finely crush the tea biscuits using a food processor or by placing them in a zip bag and rolling over with a rolling pin until you get fine crumbs.
In a bowl, combine the toasted milk powder and crushed biscuits. Add the cream and condensed milk gradually, mixing until a soft, pliable dough forms. Adjust cream if needed for the perfect consistency.
Divide the dough and roll into thick logs (about 1–1.5 inches in thickness).
Brush or coat the logs with melted milk chocolate, making sure they’re evenly covered. Use a fork to gently draw lines along each piece to mimic the texture of firewood.
Place them in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until fully set and firm.
Once set, cut the logs into smaller “fries.”
Serve with a glass of milk, hot chocolate, or your favourite dip for the ultimate cozy treat.
