Thai Red Curry Baked Dumplings
  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan.

  2. Add the garlic, ginger, curry paste, coconut milk, soy sauce and fish sauce to a small 6-9” ovenproof dish. Mix well together.

  3. Add the broccoli and baby corn and mix again. Place the gyoza on top and spoon over a little of the coconut milk.

  4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, giving it a mix halfway through. Top with fresh coriander and enjoy.
