Place into a cheesecloth, clean kitchen towel or paper towel-lined strainer over a bowl.
Weigh it down gently with a bowl or mug and leave in the fridge for 24 hours until thick and creamy.
Press down lightly before unwrapping for extra thickness.
Layer with crushed biscuits and passionfruit pulp before serving as shown.
