Add oil to a pan on medium heat
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel season with salt and black pepper.
When the oil starts to shimmer carefully the salmon. (Fry in batches if your pan isn't big enough or you're making 2x the recipe) cook each side for 2minutes.
Remove the salmon and transfer to a tray lined with a paper towel to absorb the excess oil
Drain the excess cooking oil. Add butter to the pan. Once the butter melts add the mince garlic and fry on low until it's nice and fragrant
Next add lemon juice, hot honey, lemon pepper, paprika, and cajun seasoning. Give the sauce a mix to combine then give it a taste to adjust the seasoning with more salt if necessary
Combine the salmon. Give it a gentle toss to coat it in the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley
