Boil oak tree leaves in water and leave for 24 hours, then sieve into primary container.

Pitch yeast and nutrient when at room temperature.
Ferment and rack after one month, then two months later, and three months later.
Bottle after bulk aging for as long as you can. Needs at least one year to mature from pitching yeast.
