Ingredients:
Heat the oil to sear
Sear the beef, adding salt and pepper
Remove beef
Add the diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes
Add the cornflour
6, Cook for 1 minute
Add some stock and cook for a couple of minutes
Add the red wine
Cook until it’s silky (5 minutes)
Add the beef and sausages
Add the rest of the stock
Cook on low, lid on for 2 hours
Taste as you go for seasoning.
