Potato and Leek Soup

  4. Toast the bread in the oven with salt and oregano until crispy.

  5. Blend the soup until smooth and velvety.

  6. Add chives to finish.

  7. Check the seasoning before serving.

  8. Serve the soup with the toasted bread, extra chives, and smoked salt.
