  1. Mix self rising flour, Greek yogurt, and hot water until all dough comes together into a solid ball

  2. On a well floured surface, cut dough into 16 pieces

  3. Flatten each piece and roll using a quarter-turn rocking motion with rolling pin (forward, back, quarter turn, repeat) until round

  4. Heat a skillet to medium heat

  5. Cook tortilla on one side until it gets bubbly

  6. Flip and cook on other side until it puffs up

  7. Keep warm under a towel

  8. Serve warm
