Season the chicken liberally with Britscookin Garlic & Herb, smoked paprika, and lemon pepper
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the chicken on both sides until partially cooked
Remove the chicken and set aside
Add butter and diced onion to the skillet and sauté until softened
Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant
Add the orzo, chicken stock, garlic salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard, then stir well and bring to a boil
Chop the chicken and add it back to the skillet
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer while stirring every couple minutes until orzo is tender and chicken is cooked through
Turn off heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice
Top with fresh parsley and serve
