Slice ½ of a sweet onion and all 3 bell peppers into big chunks.
Drizzle about ½ tablespoon of olive oil into a large pan, and add the shaved steak in an even layer.
Cook the shaved steak for 2-3 minutes per side (no seasonings needed), remove from the pan, and set aside.
Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, and add in the veggies.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the steak back in, along with ½ cup of the Soyaki sauce.
Stir well to combine, and cook for 1-2 minutes longer.
Serve over jasmine rice, garnish with green onions and Everything But The Bagel seasoning (optional), and enjoy!
