Creamy Spinach And Artichoke Dip
  1. Add minced garlic to heated olive oil in a pan

  2. Add fresh spinach and cook until totally wilted down

  3. Add frozen spinach (do not thaw or defrost) and sauté until combined and steaming

  4. Add chopped artichokes and cook until steaming

  5. Add Sazon seasoning to taste

  6. Add grated cream cheese in two parts, stirring to combine

  7. Add dollop of sour cream and stir

  8. Add ⅔ of the grated cheese blocks and stir until smooth

  9. Transfer dip to a cast iron or oven-safe baking pan

  10. Top with remaining grated cheese

  11. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbles form

  12. Broil on high for 5 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning

  13. Serve with pita chips, bread, tortilla chips, or chips of choice
