Season the cubed chicken with 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp paprika.
Whisk the 2 eggs in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the 1 cup garlic panko breadcrumbs and 2 tbsp paprika.
Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then into the panko mixture, coating evenly.
Spray the coated chicken with olive oil.
Air fry the chicken at 380°F for 15 minutes or until crispy.
Drizzle the hot honey over the chicken and toss to coat.
Serve with your desired sauce (e.g. buffalo sauce).
