Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 350℉

  2. In a small pot over low heat, melt the cream cheese, stirring frequently

  3. Once melted, stir in the dijon mustard, garlic powder, dried minced onion, milk, and pepper (to taste)

  4. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray

  5. Place the shredded chicken in the bottom of the dish

  6. Top the chicken with the ham

  7. Pour the warm and seasoned cheese sauce over the chicken and ham, and spread evenly

  8. Place Swiss cheese on top then cover the entire dish

  9. Bake for 35 minutes

  10. Broil for 2 minutes to create delicious brown bubbles on the cheese topping. Be careful to not over-broil because the cheese can melt quickly!
