Prepare the leek, garlic, green onion, and jalapeño.
Chop the broccoli.

Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli florets near the end.
Scoop out ½ cup pasta cooking water and add to vegetables.
Add cooking cream and blend until a creamy sauce, then mix with pasta and broccoli.
Add lemon juice, serve hot, and garnish as desired.
