Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. If you have grated the chocolate, this only takes a few moments.
When the chocolate is fully melted, add the tahini and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a small tray, or better still into a silicone mould shaped for small bars.
Silicone molds are really easily to buy online, but if you don't have any, pour the mixture onto baking paper it will be like a fudge 'bark' which is also delicious. Pop into the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
When cold, pop out of the molds and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
