Two Ingredient Chocolate Fudge
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. If you have grated the chocolate, this only takes a few moments.

  2. When the chocolate is fully melted, add the tahini and mix thoroughly.

  3. Pour into a small tray, or better still into a silicone mould shaped for small bars.

  4. Silicone molds are really easily to buy online, but if you don't have any, pour the mixture onto baking paper it will be like a fudge 'bark' which is also delicious. Pop into the freezer for 30 minutes to set.

  5. When cold, pop out of the molds and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
