Make brownies as directed
Spread brownie batter to the edge of a parchment lined 12" foil pizza pan (one box per pan)
Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes and cool completely
Line a pizza pan with parchment
Spread the ice cream into an even circle
Freeze for 2 hours until firm
Flip one brownie upside down
Place the frozen ice cream on top
Top with the second brownie
Freeze 1 more hour or until sliceable
Cut and serve
