Homemade Bounty Bars
  1. In a bowl mix desiccated coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt

  2. Mix until a thick, sticky mixture forms

  3. Shape into small bars or rectangles

  4. Place on tray and freeze 20–30 minutes until firm

  5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth

  6. Dip each bar into melted chocolate and coat evenly

  7. Place on parchment paper

  8. Let set 15–20 minutes until chocolate hardens
